The LRC (Light Reconnaissance Car), the GM Otter Mk I, was developed by General Motors Canada in remplacement to the Humber LRC. 1761 units were made between 1942 and 1945, in Oshawa, Ontario. This vehicle is based on the chassis of the Chevrolet C15 truck, and uses the same type of engine as the GMC DUKW
