SUBJECT

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders made on the website ESIStoire.fr.
They are exclusive of all other conditions.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the ESI FRANCE and the client defined below as the site user ESIStoire.fr and accepting these terms and conditions of sale.

CHARACTERISTICS OF SALES

The characteristics of products and services offered for sale are displayed on the site in the "Catalogue".
Customer Service E.S.I. FRANCE is available to customers to provide, by telephone, the necessary advice as to the conditions of use of products, their performance and their limits. Therefore, the customer is solely responsible for the use of products.

VALIDITY OF OFFERS TO SELL

Our sales offers are valid while supplies last. In case of unavailability of a product in our warehouse or our suppliers, the customer will be informed as soon as possible by email. The regulations made by the customer on this purchase is returned to: no compensation can be claimed to ESI FRANCE.

ORDER

The course of the customer's order is carried out by a series of data entry screen pages of time. PRICE

The prices listed on the site ESIStoire.fr are expressed in Euros and are excluding postage. They can be changed at any time without notice.
At this price, it should be added transportation costs calculated based on the nature of the items ordered and the carrier selected by the customer. The shipping costs are specified on the screen at the end of the selection of different products by the customer, and are recalled in the summary of the command that precedes the validation.
The price is payable in cash on the day of the order. The prices are those applied at the time of ordering the supplies last and subject to typographical error or change in the rate of French VAT. Any change in this rate would be reflected immediately on the sale price.
Some products may qualify for an offer "Free Port". The port is free only for a shipment to Metropolitan France and Colissimo.
Outside the European Union or in the overseas territories, according to the laws in force in the delivery area, fees and customs duties and taxes may be claimed by them to the Customer.

PAYMENT

Payment will be made at the time of the final validation of the order. Three payment methods are offered to the customer.

By credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard accepted in France).
The validation of the order by credit card is mandated to pay the tax inclusive price of the order. The customer is charged when placing the order. No data are recorded on bank ESIStoire.fr
These data are entered on a secure banking site. ESI FRANCE society is only informed by the bank that a deposit for the amount of the customer's order was made on his account

By check:
Your order is reserved for 7 days. Beyond this period, without receiving your check will be canceled.
The order will be processed upon receipt of your check and after validation.

By bank transfer:
ESIStoire put his bank details available
At the end of your order, you agree to pay the order by bank transfer.
As soon as the bank account is credited with the ESIStoire sum, your order is shipped.

DELIVERY

Delivery is at the address specified by the customer when placing his order. It will be carried by post or by carrier.
It can only be made once the order is validated by the customer and payment made in full.
The payment centers possibly involved having given their prior agreement to pay. In case of refusal, the order will be canceled.

In case of delivery by a carrier that requires making an appointment with the client, the client will contact you as soon as possible to agree with you an appointment for delivery, no later than 30 days after the date of your checkout.
E.S.I. FRANCE is not responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the client after several proposals for appointment by the carrier. By the time the customer takes possession of the goods ordered, he returns to control (quality, quantity, compliance with the order ...).

The shipping time for products in stock is about 4 to 5 days for orders placed before 14h, otherwise the time is 5 to 6 working days.
If out of stock, you are informed before the confirmation of the order of the provisional date of availability. The products are then shipped upon receipt in our warehouse. ESI FRANCE can not be held responsible for delays in delivery of its suppliers. In case of delay from our suppliers, the customer will be notified by mail of the change in the estimated date of delivery.

RETURN

In accordance with legal provisions, the retail client or trader has not within 7 days of receipt of goods to exercise his right to withdraw from the ESI FRANCE without having to give reasons or to pay a penalty.
Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal within the abovementioned period, only the price of the product purchased SERINT reimbursed; return costs being borne by the customer.
Returns of products are performed in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals ...) for their remarketing in new condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice for optimal management .

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY

The company E.S.I. FRANCE retains ownership of the goods until full payment from the client. The transfer of ownership of the customer occurs at the time of full payment. However, during the period between the delivery and transfer of ownership, the risk of loss, theft or destruction shall be borne by the customer.
The customer agrees, in case of insolvency proceedings affecting the Company, to participate actively in the establishment of an inventory of goods in inventory and that the ESI FRANCE claims ownership. All sales made by E.S.I. FRANCE are subject to French law. Contractual information is presented in French and the products offered for sale are in compliance with French regulations. If necessary, it is the foreign customer to check with local authorities the possibility of using the product it intends to order, the responsibility of ESI FRANCE could not be committed to non-compliance of a foreign country in which the product is delivered.
In case of dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
In case of dispute with professionals and / or merchants, the courts of Strasbourg (France) will be competent.
